generally considered to be the best in the area, being featured in the
country’s top food guides (making booking very advisable in advance).
Winner of many well-deserved awards, co-owners chef Rex Howell and Vicki
Talbott have created a superb menu offering a wide range of dishes described
as the best of New World cuisine. The regular menu ranges from ‘nibbles’
and snacks, to mains such as Crispy Duckling with Plum Sauce, Mignons
of Prime Beef with Onion Tart, Pasta dishes, Fresh Fish of the Day, and
scrumptious desserts. There is also an extensive a la carte and weekly
updated table d'hote menu, all incorporating the best of seasonal produce.
